"Superb"

Immaculately clean and warm friendly owner. Lots of extra touches as others have described and quiet location.

Not the most comfortable bed - better sheets would make a big difference.

"Superb"

The owner was super kind and caring. Comfortable and well equipped room with great view on the trees (and monkeys :)).

The wind is so strong in Monteverde it was making a lot of noise on the roof (it is like that in the whole area so it is not a bad review of this accomodation)

The location was convenient for accessing restaurants, etc. The studio was super clean and modern with everything you could possibly need. Rose Marie was a wonderful hostess who very kindly provided fresh bananas and eggs for when we arrived. It was next to a hotel, which made it easy for arranging pick-up and drop-off for shuttle busses and tours.

Location: close to everything yet just outside the hustle and bustle and noise. The owners thought of everything in terms of amenities. Bonus: great birdwatching from the balcony facing the little forest behind.

Everything was clean and the accommodation had all the things we needed. There were a lot of thoughtful details added such as a first aid kit and a reusable shopping bag.

We liked everything.

"Perfect gem Ok"

Squeaky clean throughout the apartment. Location 5 minutes walk from centre and close to the restaurants. Balcony was excellent for bird watching. Apartement was more than well equipped even had fresh coffee, biscuits, eggs, butter and jam in the fridge. First aid kit in the bathroom was perfect for my hiking blisters...

Comfy, clean, easy to excess. Every morning we had special guests for breakfast (monkeys or squirrels on the balkony).

I'm still struggling with the fact that there is no hot water for showering but it seams to be a general fact all over Costa Rica so I won't let it affect my rating.

"Excellent stay! Excellent location!"

The location was perfect-one block from the city center. The gracious host met us at the door and provided coffee, bananas and snacks. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a big picture window facing the trees and beyond. Seats situated so you could eat and look out the window- very nice. The unit is new and has all the items you need, and more. We would stay there again! Highly recommend.

The light through the sheer window coverings.
