Great location, close to beach (5min) and restaurants etc

Noise from the building site next door, worn out furnishing

GREAT location to walk/surf playa guiones. Good space. Easy check in and out. Responsive host. Saw someone cleaning pool every day although we didn’t end up using pool at all. Felt safe. Lots of towels. Nice having shower gel, shampoo and conditioner stocked.

We were there 6 nights and didn’t have water for two of those 6 nights. Was told the whole town was out but apparently some other hotels have a reservoir for times like that. There were large ants, which we were informed was normal for being in that environment. Host did bring us a can of Raid, which came in handy when we had one roach. Hotel was also under construction, which was very loud all day. We were bothered that we weren’t informed ahead of time but they did refund us a portion for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. B/c of the construction, we also didn’t have access to any yoga at the hotel.

A very relaxed atmosphere surrounded by natural. Extraordinary location, just a few steps and you are right on Playa Guiones. Nicely appointed apartament. Will be back.

perfect location - 5mins walk to beach, cafes, bars, restaurants. next to the hotel is a surfboard rental shop, too. hotel is perfectly located around all the goods! and the staff are super nice and accommodating.

They need a safe method for getting into and out of the pool
