Beach Break Santa Teresa Apartamentos

The location is excellent. It's a minute walk to the main road with lots of restaurants in each direction within easy walking distance. There is a beach access directly across the main road that takes you right onto the surfing,swimming, sunbathing beach. The are also lots of surf shops close by. Security was great. Locks on all the garage doors and the unit.

flat is perfect, good equipments, easy check-in/check-out and perfect location

- Flat was quite dirty (specially dishes that we had to wash again) - We have to pay the rent in cash, $ or colones and we decided by colones. We decided by colones and the owner used a change rate of 600crc per dollar which is more or less 10/15% higher than the mean => pay by dollars if you come here - No water the first day - no wi-fi the 3 last days - we forgot a jacket there and the owner never accepted to sent it back to us even if we pay the fee to send it and bring someone to a place he can chose to pick up the jacket

It's a very comfortable studio. The host Maurício was very helpful, allowed me a quite early check-in as the unit was ready and gave me great tips for the area and surf, always responsive when needed. I only stayed five nights but the apartment was cleaned and towels/lining changed once which is appreciated. The unit has a very well equipped kitchen, with all needed kitchenware for cooking/preparing, a two plate induction stovetop that actually works great, toaster/microwave/blender/coffee maker, a large fridge with freezer, great AC, fan, nice bathroom, always working hot water, large bright window. The location is great, out and a straight line down to St. Teresa beach, there's everything you need nearby as well. Will definitively stay again if I visit St. Teresa again.

Perfect location in Santa Teresa beach, size, kitchen amenities, air conditioning, cleanliness, manager responsiveness - this place was absolutely perfect! We stayed for a week and thought about extending our stay the whole time!

Beautiful apartment, aircon, well equipped and various small kitchen appliances, supplied with a beach towel and bath towel, good location, very clean, safe, good value for money, would definitely recommend, looks better than the pictures in real life
