The sofa bed wasn't a sofa bed eg; no mattress and hard as a rock, the linen was old, there was personal belongings left in all cupboards therefore no storage, food left in the pantry, bathroom cupboards were full of things, needed new verticals as there were so many slats missing the light and heat still came in as it faced west, 2nd lounge leg was broken and taped up and had no support as the springs had gone, the cracks in the mirrors of wardrobe were taped up

Location was fabulous and convenient to Union Station, Roger’s Centre and the Harbour. The view was simply amazing! We hope to be back soon

Two out of three elevators were not working on the last day (not host’s fault) but it made the wait a bit annoying.

Very nice studio type apartment - LR/Kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove top), and bedroom with comfy queen bed separated by movable walls, and full bath, W/D, with outstanding views of CN Tower, Rogers Stadium, Lake Ontario, and much of Toronto. The Tower, Stadium, Ripley's Aquarium and Whistle Stop Train Museum are basically all across the street, lots of restaurants within moments (Evivva for Breakfast is terrific; Swatow in China Town (see pics) is also), and easy to get on the highway or streets to drive or uber anywhere. The host is very friendly and helpful, the building is very secure with security all over, and there are pay parking lots nearby (no parking in the building unless you're a resident), and street parking for those with handicapped placards. For art lovers, there are two Banksy pieces in town - one small one at it's original location at 4 Church St., and one moved to the One York Office Complex. For that one, go inside and take the parking elevators to 2. The Banksy is in a plexiglass case past the escalators. See pics. Last, Niagara is only 2 hours away.

The buidling has over 50 floors with three elevators that go to the upper floors, One was always out of service and when one is being used for move in/move out as it was for two days of our visit, it's a lengthy wait to get an elevator. Maybe 10 minutes or so. One night, there was a line of 30 people waiting. There are two other elevstors for lower floors so I think this was unusual as there are plenty overall, but even when just waiting for the elevator to get to your floor, it takes a few minutes. Not the end of the world - just something to be aware of.

Comfortable, clean, amazing view and close to all amenities. Easy, quick walk to Rogers Center and the CN tower.

The only complaint was the elevators. Only one out of three were working, so sometimes it was quite a bit of a wait.
