We chose this apartment because it was close to Canada Place to get to a cruise ship. It's only a short walk downhill with cases. We found the apartment clean but that's all the good I can say about it

Let's start with the parking. There is public parking under the apartment block. It'll cost you upwards of 45 CAD to park overnight there. The apartment itself is functional but disappointing. The furniture is tired. There is a sofa that had seen better days 20 years ago. There is a horrible wooden sideboard full of junk and a big wooden table with 6 chairs. Why such a big table when it's a 2 person apartment defeats me. The kitchen is lacking cutlery. There is very limited utensils. The kitchen area is badly lit and has hand painted black cupboard doors which don't help the lighting or the look of the place. There is no A/C! I imagine the apartment would be unbearable in the summer. I can't say about the heating but the small radiators looked inadequate to me. The bathroom is fine. Plenty of hot water. The free toiletries offered are a joke. All it is is a collection of old nearly empty plastic bottles that other residents have left behind. Very unhygienic. There was even a part used mouthwash bottle and sore throat spray. So unhygienic. Contrary to the booking.com advert there is NO washing machine in the kitchen. There is laundry facilities downstairs which cost 4.25 CAD to use. It needs a chip card which is in the apartment BUT you can only top it up with 10 CAD minimum. The apartment is ok for an overnight stay but I wouldn't recommend it for anything longer.
