The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Nothing didn’t go

I am unable to stay at the property with my friends they were driving me to the airport in the morning. After dropping me off, they plan to rest briefly before returning home. I needed a location to rearrange my suitcase, as I will be away for two months. I made a booking and my credit card was charged, but after driving for 5-6 hours, I still had not received the door code. Upon checking my email, I discovered that our stay had been canceled without prior notification. It was already past 2 AM, so we decided to go to Denny's while we searched for another hotel. Overall, it was a challenging experience.

"Worst trip we've ever taken."

I liked that we had a roof over our heads but that was pretty much the only good thing.

Definitely not soundproof - could hear upstairs conversations, baby cries, dogs walking around, etc. Super strong smells gave us all headaches. Dirty, ripped mattress. Other mattresses about 20 years old and terribly noisy and uncomfortable. Unusable living room furniture (so old you fall onto wooden frame instead of cushion).

They had a wide array of essentials to cater to anyone's needs and ensure utmost comfort.

It would have been highly desirable to have access to a pleasantly warm shower. Unfortunately, the water temperature did not quite reach the desired level of heat, but rather settled for a lukewarm temperature.

Host was not actively responsible to text, did provided the wifi password on arrival,asked for late check out since we travelled almost 1400 km from Winnipeg to Edmonton with my toddler nvr replied

Beautiful area, Beautiful home, nicely decorated very affordable even more so than your average hotel, quiet, very clean, and Michael and Katrina were great host who kept lines of communication open just in case any issues arose, there was none because the place was perfect definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the rooms had something like a poop shaped thingy so didn’t end up using that room. Other then that everything was good
