Great location for venturing out of Quebec City, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The tone of communication was not welcoming and rather threatening. Received at least 3 messages with rules and things not to do - with a threat of fines up to $1000. I understand that the relationship with the neighbor is not good, however, I feel there might be a better way to welcome guests to your place. Also, please keep in mind that the floor in this basement apartment is unfinished cement.

Location un peu éloignée du centre mais avec une voiture c’est parfait

Appartement d'une grande qualité. Très propre et très fonctionnel. Parfaitement bien situé pour visiter Quebec et ses alentours. Courses alimentaires faciles à proximité Stationnement sur place (on a eu un peu de crainte avant l'arrivée car le propriétaire avait à plusieurs reprises rappelé qu'il ne fallait pas empiéter sur la propriété du voisin mais tout est bien délimité) Livret dans le logement avec des conseils de visite et stationnement pour visiter les alentours.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The living space provided us with comfy seating to relax and unwind at the end of the day. We thought it was a good idea to have a Netflix account set up for the apartment so you didn’t have to remember to log out of your own account at the end of the stay. The kitchen/ dining area provided ample space to cook our evening meals and sit down to eat as a family. The host provided everything we needed for our stay - plenty of towels, cleaning equipment, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, shampoo, shower gel etc. and we were even provided with a jar of proper filter coffee for the coffee machine. Beds were comfy and we all had a great night sleep.
