The apartment is incredible and looks just like the photos. Excellent location and a supermarket right next to the property.

The bathroom inside the room has no window and there is no air circulation. This could be uncomfortable for some users.

Property location was good. In the middle of Tamarindo and close to all the restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The pool and shared facilities were clean and quiet. The guard was great and super friendly.

It wasn’t clear that the apartment wasn’t on the third floor so was a bit surprising and difficult for us as we were traveling with my mother in law and she has trouble walking long distances. The walk up was difficult. The parking available is only for 3 cars and street parking is difficult depending on the time of day. The apartment was not cleaned as it could have been. Lots of sand and the apartment smelled off. We found used boxer shorts under the bed of one of the guest room beds. The shower in the main bathroom was broken and handle missing so was tricky to get it working. The television in the living room did not work. The resources for the apartment were limited and we ended up having to buy soap and shampoo. It was more upsetting that messages were sent to the property manager and no responses to any of my messages via Booking or WhatsApp. We made the best of things as we had plans for our entire stay. It’s unfortunate as this rental unit has so much potential but lack of care and attention to detail is clear.
