Localização ótima, mercado próximo, o flat é todo novinho, tem todos utensílios para cozinha e um espaço maravilhoso para churrasco.

Apartamento bem limpo. As camas são super confortáveis e o sofá cama é uma boa opção também. A Adriana foi muito atenciosa. Não usei a piscina, mas ela estava com a água limpa todos os dias. As cobertas e lençóis estavam limpos e cheirosos. Guarda roupas bem espaçoso. Ar condicionado limpo e eficiente. Tinha uma pessoa asmática e em nenhum dia precisou usar medicação devido ao ambiente limpo e arejado.

Vagas muito apertadas. Falta 1 azulejo em baixo da pia do banheiro e seria legal substituir a peça pra não ter perigo de virar esconderijo de bichos. Vale também investir em uma tela na janela do banheiro para evitar entrada de bichos.
