"Superb"

Location better than expected; shuttle bus good, even if waiting long times of 40 minutes; central to everything. Great with kids. Will be back.

The couch bed could be a better mattress, even for a kid, it was not well Liked. Can get memory foam now instead of springs. Even if it warns us prior to arrival to not use the bed on couch, it was and is needed for family of 5. Next time I would just bring my own memory foam to put on top.

"We’d stay here again! Lots of room for a family of four!"

Great location and view. Convenient for skiing. Kitchen super well-stocked. King bed very comfy. Fireplace delightful. Quiet.

Artwork with price tags was a bit of a turnoff. One piece of art fell off the wall while we were away and we came home to shattered plate glass in the foyer. That said, the staff were fantastic about sending maintenance to clean up the next day. The twin beds in the smaller room were adequate but not very comfortable.

Extremely uncomfortable pillows. Kitchen utensils, dishes and small appliances need updating. Hairdryer from 1970s

. Location, shuttle and beautiful site around, Also good and comprehensive appliance and furniture.

One of the cottages smel very bad. Like fish or ... Call them many times. Rooms were in the basement with no good location. One room has wooden opening to living room, so no privacy, not at all. Can't sleep when any one talk even owly in living room. We have two cottages, gave it too separately with distances to eachother. So uncomfortable.

"Other than those few things our stay was good, relaxing and quiet"

It is within walking distance to village and pools. Rooms are good size, bathroom’s are stocked, plenty towels for a family of 5

201-5. Old furniture, very dark dining-living room space,lighting and choice of walls colour wasn’t helping, also doors need some oil (they make a lot of noise) Some kitchen utensils need to be change
