Comfortable accommodation, amenities were provided as described, hosts were helpful, plenty of rooms/bedding

Location was a bit too open into the streets and there was a smell in the air that wasn’t pleasant

our accommodations were spacious and very clean, pretty central to everywhere we wanted to visit in ottawa, an overall pleasant experience!

Great location, close to transport, also not far to walk, group can stay together.

Floors were creaky especially in one of the bedrooms.

It's big appartement with all necessary things inside

No place for parking near appartement. The bed creaked and disturbed sleep. There was hair from previous people in the bathroom.

I like that it's very near the Downtown.

The cleanliness of the sofa is not good for the eye! There are a lot of stains and the smell is not good, we are eight people but the sheets and blanket are only for 7 people also the sofa bed are not in good condition.

Appartment had much space, 3 Bedrooms and was Clean.

The photos of the property posted on booking were the best!

1.Cleanliness: .Couches were stained and smelly, making them unusable. .The bathtub and bathroom were dirty and had a strong odor. .Kitchen equipment was dirty, and radiators had dust and spider webs. 2.Bad Smell: Persistent unpleasant odors in the entrance, bathroom, and rooms. 3.Air Conditioning: Only two non-functional portable units provided, despite claims of full air conditioning. No effective solution was offered. 4.Entrance: Long, dirty carpeted stairs were not mentioned. The entrance lacked a proper lock, and the inner door knob was damaged. proof of photos will be attached.
