"Good location, comfortable beds but extra fees make it poor value."

The location

The added cost of “management fees”. Our room was 125 for two nights and management fees were $135. Ridiculous, we had to clean up after ourselves and take out garbage….seems exorbitant.

"Perfect for those interested in a true, non-tourist experience."

The explanations regarding retrieving the keys were clear. The living room was particularly pleasant. For easy, quiet living, this neighborhood can't be beat.

Suggestions. a) Written advice of where to find bus passes and of bus routes would have been very helpful. 2) Deck furniture was only installed on my last day of a week long stay. I would have enjoyed using it.
