Localização, limpeza, toalhas e roupa de cama bem cuidadas e chuveiro e ar condicionado ótimos. Boas instalações. Rapidez nas respostas e nas informações.

O colchão é muito macio, mas claro isso depende de cada um. Para quem gosta... Acesso às acomodações somente por escada. A entrada para as acomodações é aberta totalmente para rua (não tem portão) e apesar de não aceitar pets, gatos circulam livremente pelas escadas e corredores, ficando aquele odor característico.
