"Very stylish and mostly comfy interior, needs AC."

The deco and apartment itself was adorable and very well furnished! The furniture was comfortable and clean and it was quiet. The stay was pretty good as long as you stayed inside.

No AC. It made it very hard to sleep because it was so warm and one of the windows was broken so we couldn’t open it to get some airflow. We had the door open for one minute in the morning to cool it off and some creepy guy walked right in. He was looking for some people in another apartment. The exterior of the house was in deterioration condition and the property was in need of care. The lawn was brown and dry and the concrete was all cracked up. It was an old house that has been restored on the inside so I can see how the exterior was the way it was but the yard was just neglected. There was a lot of garbage on the curb in front of the house.

"Great location everything you need included"

Very well appointed Everything you need to cook, coffee, sugar, oil salt pepper etc all provided.

The exterior needs dome work and is not nearly as nice as the interior. The bedroom is quite small and the bed very firm.

Tastefully decorated and well equipped. The host was super friendly and easy to contact. No problem parking. Close to the town center.

There is no breakfast. Cusinette to do your breakfast

Inside is modern and in good condition. Three windows a) Large window it is is broken. Urgently required repair b) small window handle is broken. Impossible to open and get fresh air. In addition the screen is duct tape. Please get this windo and handle repair. Please get the screen, installed properly. Just to maintenance. c) Bedroom window has handle but it is impossible to open. The screen is hockey stick tape by another guest. In was in July feedback. We were at that facility in August 6 and it was still not repaired. It is obvious. The administration of this old house lack strong will to govern, maintain and repair to fit the purpose.
