Very warm for sleeping upstairs.

The place was clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we need. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again next time we come back to Canmore.

The suite was beautifully decorated and it made our stay so incredible. We had everything we needed in the suite. The facility was conveniently located, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

During our stay the main hot tub was under maintenance, however, there were an additional 2 hot tubs that were accessible to us.

The location of the property is perfect for our Banff and Lake Louise plans. We travelled as a family with 5 adults and 2 kids. The spaces are excellent for its purpose. We aimed to make food at home as it is expensive to go out and we found everything we need in the kitchen plus extras. They have provided basic toiletries and a lot of towels. The living room is comfortable and there are enough chairs for everyone in the dining area. We were able to do our laundry as well in the unit with soap and fabric conditioner provided.

We stayed when it was 8-12 degrees weather and the house feels warm specially in the loft room. I have to sleep in the living room couch with the patio door and window open. There is a portable air conditioner in the loft room however it doesn't blow cool air at all. I contacted the host but they didn't really addressed the warmth issue, I just assumed it is beyond their control as the building may have centralized heater.

The property nice and clean, kitchen is fully equipped. And you can make coffee, there are plenty of different pots and other equipment. Everything is online: check-in (before arrival) and check-out. Which means you only receive key at reception. Management of the property are fast answering and doing everything online; they greet us very well and answer any questions. There is chair for the baby and grid. There are towels, shower gels, shampoo etc. Overall, everyone from our group said that the property is beautiful and the view is amazing.

I asked opinion of our group and we highlighted below minuses, although they are minor and more as suggestion. Suggestions: It would be good to have a wardrobe or more hangers/place for the clothes upstairs. Can be minus for some people: be ready to do everything online (check-in and check-out, to scan your document, read and sign the rental agreement etc), also to pay security deposit of 500 CAD. Suggestions: the corridors and reception area could be more freshen up, although the hotel is not old. The receptionist was note rude but wasn’t sending us greetings.

Comfortable beds, washer dryer, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, proximity to Nordic Centre, not too far from town centre. Quiet building, staff were nice.

Very dusty, maybe due to construction, ventilation not great which triggered my son’s allergies, even I who don’t have allergies woke up with a sore throat. There was a layer of dust over everything due to this dust, not due to cleaners as it accumulated during our 3 day stay. They need a hepa filter. Also, hot tub was not working.

Soda bed was very dirty with lots of hairs n stuff
