Mtn View Escape with King Size Bed with Outdoor Pool - Banff Pass Included!

Great location and building amenities! The property was extremely clean! Wonderful bedding/ sheets and comfortable beds (aside from pull-out couch). Easy check-in and check-out. Parking was always available. Could easily communicate with the hosts.

A great stay overall but not worth the price for these reasons: The pull-out couch seemed broken - very difficult to pull out and put back in. Was very squeaky and uncomfortable to sleep on to the point where we actually slept on the floor. I would not consider this acceptable additional sleeping. The main bathroom fan was not working. The stove top and oven took 2-3x the time to heat up and cook. We were better off getting restaurant food, that was disappointing.

The location was excellent, the pool and hot tub were a hit for my kids, staff was very helpful. The balcony had amazing mountain views.

The cleanliness could have been better. The master bedroom was very warm. The fan was nice but still very warm.

L’appartement aurait besoin d’un peu d’entretien: matelas usé, divan-lit aussi, lave-vaisselle mal fixé, laveuse fonctionne seulement à l’eau chaude, rideau de douche à changer, télévisions mal configurées. Aussi, une salle de bain n’avait pas été nettoyée à notre arrivée, un oubli de la compagnie de ménage.

Great location! Pool was a great addition. Owner was responsive to our questions and needs.

A few things need a little TLC in the condo.

Spacious apartment with good kitchen and ammenities. Very comfortable for four people and well stocked with everything you need. Banff park pass was a great bonus.

The property has everything you would need when you’re traveling. The fruit snacks were an added touch to welcome guests. It has a well stocked pantry and you wouldn’t need to buy any more. A Brita pitcher was also provided in the bridge. The Host provided very good instructions and check-in was smooth. We are appreciative that the host was willing and helpful to look into personal items that were inadvertently left behind and arranged to have this shipped back to me. He was very responsive and respectful of customer needs.

The apartment was generally clean. The carpets in the rooms could do some steam cleaning in high traffic areas. The tower fans and blind curtains could need some vacuuming to get the dusts off. The hallway light bulb is busted and needs to be replaced. The AC cover in the living room is not well sealed and leaks the cold out.

Beautiful location. Easy to find and next to small shops. Facilities were brilliant and apartment was very spacious. Hot tub and pool were lovely

The place is very clean. Complete with all the things you need.we r coming back soon.

The receptionist,he looks like he is not happy about his job.and also if you have small kids,not ideal because you can get complain from other room. Just movement of the feet can be heard by other guest.
