The suite was clean and had various amenities that you would need for a longer stay. The host was able to have the suite ready for me a couple hours early, which was appreciated. The location is fairly close to downtown Jasper, so you could walk there.

The noise was terrible. Based on other reviews I had thought the suite was supposed to be quiet but it was one of the loudest places I have ever stayed. The first thing - this isn't disclosed in the listing (that I could find) but there is another basement suite right beside you. When I was there all I could hear was people talking, walking around and a small child screaming. It was like they're in the room with you. The only time it was quiet was when they weren't there. Second, the people upstairs stomp around (literally shaking the walls of the suite), you can clearly hear them talking through the ceiling and I could even hear them snoring from my bedroom. If you wanted to get an early night, it would be impossible because from 8pm to 10pm they are stomping right over your head. There was definitely no attempt at any kind of sound proofing between any of the rooms. I understand that all of this is unavoidable noise, people have to walk around. However, for that reason, I wanted to give an honest review of the noise levels here because not many of the other reviews mention this.

location easy to get to. Quiet, clean and had everything you need. even washer and dryer!
