Der Besitzer hat uns in die Wohnung begleitet und den Schlรผssel รผbergeben - alles unkompliziert und freundlich. Der Balkon war sehr grosszรผgig, die Aussicht wรคre grundsรคtzlich toll, es stehen einfach mehrere Rottannen direkt davor - was auch schรถn ist. Das Apartement war sauber.

Das Appartement lag in einem anderen Haus als erwartet. Das Sofa war total abgeranzt - eine Zumutung. Es wรผrde bald ein Neues geben - das Sofa wird aber schon mindestens ein Jahr so abgenutzt ausgesehen haben. Die Teflonpfannen in der Kรผche waren alle aufgekratzt - mรผssten dringendst ersetzt werden. Fรผr die Kaffeemaschine und den Fรถhn gab es keinen passenden Steckdosenadapter. Der Raumduft war extrem intensiv.
