"Prachtig uitzicht op mooi resort"

Prachtig en geweldig uitzicht! Aan een mooi strand en mooie baai gelegen. Het resort is zeer netjes onderhouden en straalt luxe uit. Gezellige sfeer op het strand. Gasten maken gratis gebruik van ligbedjes op het strand. Ook is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor de deur (private parking). Veel ruimte in het appartement en goede keukenfaciliteiten, alles aanwezig om een maaltijd te koken, zelfs kruiden/specerijen. Goede koelvriescombinatie met ijsblokjesmachine, dat was top! Goede airco’s en goede wifi. Horren aanwezig.

Onvoldoende informatievoorziening vooraf, we bleken een QR code nodig te hebben voor toegang tot het resort, die hadden we niet ontvangen. Ook de geo-locatie die we hadden doorgekregen waar we de hostess zouden ontmoeten, klopte niet waardoor we met koffers moesten slepen naar de juiste locatie. Bij aankomst werd verteld dat er beleid was over stroom- en waterverbruik, waarbij we extra zouden moeten betalen indien dit meer dan gemiddeld zou zijn. Tijdens je vakantie heb je echter geen inzicht in je verbruik en je hebt ook geen informatie over wat gemiddeld is en welke extra kosten er eventueel berekend worden. Het appartement heeft enkele kleine gebreken, zoals een slechte sluitende balkondeur, een wasrek die bijna uit elkaar viel en knoppen die van de kasten af zijn. Ook was de ventilator in de badkamer kapot. Dit is wel gefixt tijdens het verblijf. Om echte luxe te ervaren en de prijs te rechtvaardigen, verwacht je dat dit op orde is in je vakantie
