Hermoso barrio y hermosa playa

Nunca anduvo el microondas, hicimos la queja y no lo arreglaron. Sé que a veces cobran aparte la luz, lo cual me parece que sería mejor si lo incluyeran en el precio, ya que no te dicen hasta qué consumo se cobra y hasta cuál no.

We stayed in 2 apartments TT44 - great view from the terrace on ocean and golf course, good privacy, no mosquitoes, furnishings are quite basic TT13 - a level above the pool, no privacy on a terrace, some mosquitoes, a very nicely decorated apartment, feels like home but not a rental property

Great floor plan. Spacious. Clean

A bit hard to find the unit from airport. The hill walk to the beach is a bit tiresome. Wish the unit was on a higher floor.

The apartment is on a southwest corner. There is no AC in the living room and no shades to block the sun. It gets REALLY hot in the afternoon. We both bumped into the full glass sliding door (I know, funny....). It needs something on there. The WiFi password listed in the book was wrong and the TV remote needs a better user manual. Little things but it all adds up. The property manager sent us check-in instructions through the Booking messaging system but this system doesn't support attachments They also didn't respond to my messages via Booking so I had to email and call them at the last moment. There are limitations on electrical and water use. Since it was just 2 of us in a 2 BR apartment that wasn't an issue. However, it would be good to know what normal usage would be - AC for 8 hours in each BR? 4 people taking a 5 minute shower each day?

It was clean and comfortable. Great location to all the sites and beaches. You definitely need to rent a car.

When we arrived the tv box was missing. They said they would bring a new box but never did. Also, the shower flooded majorly in the second bedroom.” Bathroom. We reported that twice, but it never got fixed., The property mgt number didn’t always pick up - so sometimes it was hard to get a response.

Good restaurant and bar on the beach. Our apt was spacious with large balcony with view of sea. Kitchen was reasonably equipped.

Property management was truly awful. We had difficulty finding our apt. We were told someone would come to check us in next day between 10 and 11 am. We waited until 11; nobody came and we left. Wifi and cable TV did not work for entire week of our stay. Resort maintenance tried to fix problem but could not. The Internet Service Provider needed to fix it but did not come for an entire week. Property management agreed to a late check out time on our last day to compensate for inconvenience. We waited in the apt for property maintenance to come and check us out. Nobody came. In an email, they claimed they had come but we were not there. This was not true. We waited for them until 3 pm when we had to leave for the airport.
