Apartment Marktplatz

Apartment was very nice, good location, the owner was very friendly and provided some useful information.

Apartment was noisy, might need a bit of work on noise isolation - both from outside and inside on the staircase.

Great location. Open and airy feel. A couch would be nice but can relax on the beds. Owner is very friendly and has great Italian restaurant downstairs.

Really great location in the middle of everything. The apartment is spacious and tidy. But we were missing the final touch and decoration, as well as amenities.

I loved the location. Right across from the Rathaus and near a tram route. Would definitely stay here again.

Only thing was the noise from nearby construction but that isn’t the fault of the property so can’t be helped.

Only saving grace is the location

The entire apartment needs a thorough cleaning and updating of basic stuff. The key pick up is a pain when you are arriving at night and in not so good weather specially when there’s no where to park. It’s a good three blocks maybe away from the property. You have to walk bc it’s impossible to drive to the key pick up if you are not familiar with the area. It will be a pain if you are lugging suitcases.

Location very close to Marktplatz

The flat was right in front of Markplatz. It was easy to find and location was perfect. It had almost everything we needed. It was more charming in person and it was very spacious. Ivan was a great host and answered my questions.

It was located in the 3rd floor and it was difficult to bring up out luggage on the spiral staircase. But we knew about the steps beforehand. The towels provided were super small and almost cannot be wrapped around if you are a big guy. The pillows were too thin. It would have been nice to have some more cushion for neck/head support.

Everything was great.
