Makenzy Apartment

Уютная квартира с балконом. Есть всё для проживания. Есть бассейн (мы не пользовались). Удобное расположение. До моря 5 минут ходьбы. Внимательный хозяин, быстро отвечает на все вопросы.

Everything was perfect. Close to the airport. The bus station is near, it’s 10min walk from the center in Larnaca and 20 min walk from Mackenzie beach. The apartment is the same as the pictures.

Majitel byl ochotný, apartmán čistý.

Poloha, blizko mesto obchody, plaž 800 metrov ok, blizko autobusova zastavka,

Technicky problem s bazenom cez noc sa vypyšťal počas noci pokles hladiny o 15 cm.

Отличная квартира, все есть, кровать удобная, санузел отличный, балкон ну просто хлопаю стоя, магазины, пекарни, кафе и таверны в шаговой доступности. Вся бытовая техника исправна, кондиционеры два работают прекрасно. До пляжа пара минут. Аэропорт достаточно близко, но самолетов вообще не слышно. Автобусная остановка прямо напротив дома. Если вы видете это обьявление, бронируйте сразу. Лучше не найдете.

Гулял по центру и наглая кошка цапнула меня за ногу, это все что мне не понравилось )))

Location was a great one for me, that's why I selected the property. It is relatively close to both beaches Makenzy and Finikoudes and a 10 min walk from all sights in old Larnaca. As a bonus the 425 airport bus is right outside and makes travelling from/to the airport easy, fast and cheap. As a second bonus the building has a small pool, which we didn't really use but it was great to have the option :)

Didn't really got the exact access details initially, if I didn't have phone coverage - which happened in some countries - at the time it would have been a problem. Once I reached out everything was sorted out. Something that is not really a negative but needs mentioning is the fact that you have to pay for your electricity - read the meter and calculate the market price and all...

Flat is near of the shore and promenade, but there is no beach very near. There are few beaches but the closest was 10 min walk, and the best beach was 25 min walk. Center of the city is 15 min walk. Bus from the airport (425) has a bus stop in front of the building. Central bus station is 25 min walk. Good location for the people who dont mind walking and sightseeing. Apartment had all items and services that were written on a booking site. Pictures were accurate.

Upon arrival I received a picture of a electricity meter. I was asked on a last day to make a picture of it, and I was charged for used electricity in my 7 days stay. This isnt written anywhere on a booking site that the electricity will be paid separately. It was 10 eur, but it wasnt something that we were informed and accepted before arrival. Be aware of that if you come in to the hot summer were you need to use air condition every day.

The location is good, there is an elevator and parking.

The mattress of the double bed is very bad and the springs are stuck in the back. Very uncomfortable and disrespectful to the guests. For a whole week, one roll of paper was left in the bathroom.
