Spacious studio, well equipped kitchen and nice balcony.

The first night was a bit cold (probably the heating was turned up just before the arrival),

the surrounding area was great; i had a very nice view from the balcony. the location is in a valley; you have to climb a bit to the center (public pools/spa- therme for instance)- good for sporty folks :); easy access to torrent cable car; to gemmi cable car you need a good walk ( 20 mins); staff was polite and gave me access to the apt 2-3 hrs before checking ; I appreciated the gesture of giving me a bottle of red wine :)

bathroom space crowded with closets (they keep cleaning tools) and the shower has curtains and not a glass wall as in the pictures; for sure the bathroom needs big improvements; They provided me with 1 single set of towels and 1 pillow, although I have paid in booking for the min occupancy - 2 persons ( there was no choice for single occupancy in booking); the bed was not so good; the mattress on the left side is tilted. So overall to conclude I booked a deluxe studio and I 've got something nearly "decent" let;s say :)

Beautiful place, very easy access. Breathtaking view from the balcony. Very helpful and polite stuff. Definitely will visit again!

We came back for the third time in this location because we are delighted with it, the studio facilities, the friendly staff and the cleanliness, underground parking space, it is located close to the Torrent Bahn, a few steps from the thermal baths and restaurants. The studio was equipped with everything necessary (towels, bed linen, dishes, cutlery, etc.). The price we paid was exceptional for the Leukerbad area in high season.
