- Parties and Events are not allowed. - Smoking, Vaping and E-cigarets are not allowed inside the property, please smoke in the garden with doors and windows closed. - This is a residential complex. Please respect the neighbors and do not make noise between 11pm and 7am. - ELECTRICITY. Please note, electricity is exceptionally expensive in Cyprus, so I would really appreciate if you could use air-conditioning reasonably and make sure to switch everything off when you are not in the apartment. -Electricity over the characteristic use will be charged extra by the yard readings from your check-in and check-out. 20 kWh per day is included which is enough for a normal use, and extra will be charged at €0.35/kWh." . - Bed linen for SOFA-BED (if you book for less then 6 people) is €10/night extra, please reserve in advance. - LOST KEYS - fine €50 for the key and cost of locksmith if required. - BABY COT and HIGH-CHAIR can be provided upon request at extra charge of €5 per night for baby cot will be applied (€25 per week, or €69 per month). High-chair can be provided complimentary. Both are subject to availability. Please contact in advance to reserve. - Only small and well-behaved PETS are allowed (subject to approval), please contact prior to making a booking, if you want to bring a pet. Maximum 2 pets are allowed. -there is an extra fee of €20 per stay, which you will need to pay additionally before check-in (PayPal or Revolut)". Please do not let you pets on the beds and couches. You have to take them for walks outside the complex and do not allow them to litter on the territory. - Please DO NOT SMOKE inside and close the doors when you smoke out on the terraces so that smoke doesn't come in and affect future guests and children with allergies. - Passport photo has to be sent before arrival in order to get code for the key lockbox. - EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY: Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out before 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and are subject to availability. Difference in time (if confirmed) from standard check-in and check-out time: - up to 2 hours - free, - up to 4 hours - 25% of the last night’s fee, - up to 8 hours - 50% of the last night’s fee, - over 8 hours, please reserve an extra night.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
