Chalet Grazia

Der morgendliche Blick (wenn die Wolken es zulassen) ist grandios. Das Appartement hat so gut wie alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr urig und gemütlich.

Küche gut ausgestattet, gutes Bett, perfekte Lage, gut für Familien

The chalet is simple but had everything we needed. The location is stunning with views not only over the mountains opposite, but also to the Matterhorn in the distance. Hot water was plentiful. It is convenient for the main cable car and the higher lifts. Riederalp may be quieter than next door Bettmeralp but I think this is an advantage. Overall, the chalet is a delightful, relaxing place

The heaters in the main room did not seem to work. Mostly, this was not a problem but it was a little chilly on the second night and a little heat could have been welcome. We reported it to the hosts but didn't hear anything back. The two remaining evenings of our stay were warm so not a problem and we didn't pursue this further. However, as the season moves on, it is important to fix this As most people will be coming on foot, it should be pointed out that access to the property could be difficult as it is down some steep steps or via a fairly steep grassy slope. Presumably you could use a small electric taxi

Rund um Zufriedenheit. Die Lage ist traumhaft.

A bit unclear on the check in procedure. Once arrived require to send short message to the owner to get the key and it didnt mentioned in BOOKING message. I believe pretty inconvenience for those dont have international roaming phone.
