Magnificent apartment in a stunning city.

Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause :) Es gab eine Broschüre, die alles bestens erklärt. Schlüsselbox vorhanden, schneller Service. Top of the top! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wäre noch toll gewesen, gäbe es einen Hinweis darauf, welche Kaffeekapseln in die Maschine passen - oder wenn einfach einige vom Gastgeber spendiert werden.

Enough space, friendly and flexible staff, felt like in a movie with this chalet :)

The facilities are a bit outdated. But at the same time it‘s also kind of a vibe.

Information supplied was sufficient and staff answered the phone when we had a problem with collecting the key. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen seemed well appointed with utensils etc. Inside, house was easy enough to keep warm.

The doors were noisy when trying to close them late at night, not to disturb others. Also the noise from the heating system, particularly for occupants in the first room closest to the front door and bathroom.

the property was clean and comfortable and very quiet. instructions were clear and communication with the owner was easy.

1. Arosa cards should have been sent to me from the owner without a request coming from me. 2. the electrical outlet in the kitchen was not working- should have been fixed. facilities in the apartment should be checked on a regular basis.

Clean, modern. Nice quiet Location

very quiet location. 7 min walk to supermarket (coop) and 10 min walk to railway up to the mountains. the nearby untersee was also very nice for the kids. for us it was perfect!
