Clean and comfortable

We didn’t find any real problem at all

The apartment is beautiful,renovated and VERY CLEAN! The building is very old.The area is 50/50,you you have a private parking space,even more than 1 but if you have a big car it's very difficult to park and spots on the street are limited during the people living around,but,with some luck you can catch as I catch one. You have Smart tv,wifi,good connection,fast,coffe,big fridge with big freezer. The building is old! Keep it in mind. Also,there is a door inside the apartment connect with another apartment,which was shady for me and I didn't like it,the air conditioner in the livingroom barely working but in the bedroom I didn't have a problem.Walking to the city center 30/35 mins (depends on you and how u walk)but 7-10 min with car.you have supermarket(alpha mega) 8 mins walking,mc donalds,caffe nerro(8 mins walking)You have a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Balcony was clean.The host was more than polite and helping with my questions.

The door inside the apartment connecting to another apartment,AC in the livingroom worked poorly.

Great communication with owner. Comprehensive instructions how to get to the apartment. Clean and very comfortable apartment with everything you need. Also private parking and quiet and calm neighbourhood.
