Very central location. Therefore short distances to shopping, facilities, bus station, beach, etc.. Very good communication with the landlord.

The kitchen could be better equipped, f.e. more cutlery. Which is definitely not the landlord's fault: it get's sometimes very loud in the evenings when the numerous tuned motorbikes and cars cruise through the town.
