O apartamento é bem equipado , trazendo mais comodidade e conforto , bem organizado e bem limpo .

O ar condicionado por ser modelo antigo demora a esfriar o quarto e faz muito barulho . Quem está acostumado com ar condicionado splint , acaba incomodando um pouco. Uma sugestão seria trocar o ar para ficar perfeito , no mais o ap é maravilhoso e confortável
