Apartment Topas

We loved the apartment, it had everything we needed and even had a view to Matterhorn from the little terrace. Excellent stay, highly recommended!

Its a bit far from the train station if you come by train, but thats the only downside

Great location. Clean. Enjoyed morning coffee on the garden patio looking at Matterhorn. Would go back!

Nadia was a great host. She welcomed us with chocolates, card, and was very considerate and sent several reminders about things, asked questions that we probably didn't think about (e.g. giving us the option to store luggage after check-out). The place is very cosy and has an amazing view of the lovely Matterhorn (which I didn't know about), so was quite surprised to see it in the morning. The place is quite walkable to nearby grocery store (200m approx), and is also not far from Zermat main train station (about 800m walk b/w the market area which is also nice and pleasant as you don't realize the distance. The apartment is also well lit, and comfortable for a group of 4 adults and couple of kids, or in case you're more you can request extra mattress. The living room is the highlight and with the open kitchen and we spent most of our time in the house there.

Nothing major as such but maybe if there were darker curtains in the bedroom or had blinds, we would have preferred as we're used to sleeping in the dark but this is not really a problem since you would want to get up early in Zermatt and do the activities.

convenient to buses or slopes. east to walk to to. comfortable and clean. host was willing to work with us on check out time.
