I much appreciated host bringing me back to Berne Airport hotel and Coop

Très choquée par l’accueil très grossier et agressif. J’ai répondu à la question FACULTATIVE en réservant que nous serons là pour le check in entre 14h et 15h. Dans les conditions c’est marqué le check in entre 14h et 22h. Nous avons pris du retard avec les bouchons, j’ai donc gentiment prévenu le propriétaire que nous serons là plutôt entre 15h et 16h. A ma grande surprise il y a un énervement brutal et excessif. Je cite: “Sie haben 14-15 gesagt und wir haben Schlüssellübergabe organisiert. Jetzt wird ein Problem sein wegen Schlüsse. Vergessen Sie nicht das sich um private Apartment handelt. Nicht Hotel. Sie können 15-16 h eventuell Schlussel bekommen aber die Service kostet 50 sfr.Wir machen immer auf Gäste Wünsche. ABER wenn die letzten Minuten Plan ändern dass können wir auf unsere Kosten tragen. Ich hoffe das Sie das verstehen. Nicht ich meine. Nicht auf unsere Kosten!” Il a donc commencé à réclamer 50 francs suisses pour un check-in entre 15 et 16h. Or ce n’est stipulé nul part dans ses conditions quand on réserve. On s’est tout de même précipité pour faire le check in avant 15 h pour éviter de devoir payer des suppléments suite à ce chantage, car on a compris qu’on avait à faire à quelqu’un pas stable qui ne peut avoir des réactions inappropriées et qui pouvait aller très loin.

comfortable for 4 persons, owners were kind

the dirtiest airbnb we've ever been.. the bathroom fool of hair and the kitchen with sticky grease..

The apartment was easy to get to right next to the bus stop and had all the amenities we needed. it was perfect for our group.

The pillows weren’t too comfortable but that would be the only comment from us during our stay.
