The place was very clean and location was perfect but the only issue was the fan was broken and it was very hot during the day.

The property has great potential but it’s not well take care of. The mattresses and pillows are pretty old and uncomfortable. The kitchen hood has one broken light.

Location was in the old town which was good. Room was clean.

Only had sheer lace on windows that didnt fit windows. No blinds or curtains for privacy. There was railing for blinds but the blinds had been removed. After contacting owner we were told to close outside shutters. This is awkward and not appropriate. Given 2 single beds for a couple-why werent these pushed together??? Also 11 minute walk from train station- not the 5 minute walk claimed. It is a lie from some other reviews that you can see the station from the apartment. The view is directly into other buildings. There is no city or mountain views as claimed!

This is not a one bedroom apartment, it is more like a hotel room. 2 very small single beds instead of a double. There was a room adjoining the room with light coming into the room all night. Suspect it's part of the same apartment that they close off to get 2 lots of guests.

A neat little apartment in the nicest part of Chur, instructions for check in were clear and timely.

Lots of noisy construction going on around the building. It was a 12-15 min walk to the station, not 5 as suggested.

Lovely little flat central to everything.
