Royal Seacrest F G5 ground floor apartment

Fantastic location with a 15 min walk to the fabulous Venus beach, Old town and Lidl! Closer to great restaurants and the amazing 24 hour bakery. The apartment is right next to the pool and gets glorious afternoon sunshine. Would love to go back. Veronika was really helpful and the wine when we arrived was very much appreciated!

Minor points - Only one big mug (if you like a mug of tea/coffee) so pack a mug! No oven gloves but I’m sure that will be sorted as I told Veronika who was very helpful and supplied a new kettle when the old one stopped working.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😊 I'd like to thank the host of this apartment - Veronika - for a very cosy atmosphere that was created inside! Small decor pieces here and there make you feel like home in the apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a small terrasse in front of the entrance, and a small backyard where you can sit and drink a cup of tea/coffee or even have a dinner. From that backyard you get direct access to the swimming pool area which is quite convenient. Inside, you have a big room shared between the kitchen (incl. forks, spoons, knives, etc., a microwave oven, and a washing machine) and living zones, 1 bedroom with a big bed, and another bedroom with 2 single beds. And, of course, the WC is also there. While you live in this apartment, you're responsible for your garbage, but it's not a problem - the big trash containers are very close by. The location of the Royal Seacrest complex is not the best from the point of view of getting to the beach - if you go through the field (the path doesn't have an asphalt coverage), it will be something about 5-10 minutes of walking distance. However, if you pretend to be a car and take the real road, it will be ≈15-20 minutes of walking distance to reach the beach. 🏝️ At the same time, the beach itself is quite stoney, there are not many places where you can find a good entrance to the sea. It's wonderful to have a walk along the beach, but if you want to swim, you may have to walk a lot until you find a cool location. Or to take a cruise with two swimming stops (Blue Lagoon + Coral Bay) - that was really amazing!!! I strongly advise to try it!

👍 There is nothing to complain on. 🔌The only advice I can give is just to take 1-2 power adapters with you (it's a UK type socket in Cyprus). There are adapters available in place, but 1 is for microwave, 1 for a kettle, 1 for a night table lamp - just to have a small reserve, if needed. From another side, you can easily buy such adapters in supermarkets like Sklavenitis/Alfamega. ⛹️⛹️‍♀️ Another thing, but it's not related to the apartment itself - unattended kids of 5-7 years old. During my stay, every evening - when it became dark, 5-6 unattended kids appeared in the swimming pool and sunbathing area, and were playing football. The football balls were flying everywhere - to the swimming pool, to the sunbeds, to the walls of the building, and these amazing kids were alone, without their parents 🙃 If you are trying to find a quiet place to relax, in the evening it could be difficult. Maybe, if you are not on the ground floor, it is more calm but, honestly, I was scared that these incontrollable kids would crash something... 🐈In the morning, actually, too: a hungry cat wakes up and loudly screams until he/she is happy 😋 😄

Pool. It was great that there was different pool types and depth. The pool also has fence over it so it makes staying there with little kids more easier. Also loved the terrace.

Very close proximity to basically everything. Spacious apartment in a very nice and calm neighborhood.

The host Veronica is excellent. She helped us with our grandson a cot& high chair .The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. A good location nothing was too far away. fully recommend this apartment .
