Mediterranean dream

We have family living about 700 metres away, so the location was perfect. Oroklini is a fairly quiet village, not really on the tourist map, although it is only a short bus ride to Larnaca.

Everything was fine

A beautiful apartment - spacious, clean and great views of the coast. The facilities were very good with a good new washing machine, nice shower and all TV channels. The beds were comfortable and it was a real pleasure to stay there with walks around the Oroklini Hills on our doorstep.

It would have been helpful to have basic household products available from the start - including washing up liquid, some oil and salt and pepper etc. It would have made it a little easier after a late arrival. very minor - largely around the doors. The veranda window door did not lock. the front door to the apartment had to be slammed to close it. The front door to the whole block was not closing automatically after a while - and would sometimes be left open.

There’s really nothing to not like.

Great fairly large apt, where there really is very comfy space for up to 4 adults. Great views over the bay from a lovely south facing balcony. Dedicated parking fine for a medium sized car. Elevator. Fine ACs. The village center with several restaurants, and a few convenience stores, is about 10 minutes walk away - it's a bit steep, but reasonably well lit at night - and the area is very safe.

Not a thing!

Excellent and roomy apartment, with very good furniture and kitchen stuff. Fabulous views over Larnaca Bay. South facing large and very pleasant balcony. Location is very nice and quiet high up on hillside. Parking on site is fine, and preferably a small to medium sized car is definitely required, but then everything is in easy reach. Washer, Wifi, TV, and lots of multi-country channels work fine. Very prompt response to any query and request for assistance. It really works. Two very good sized bedrooms with excellent beds - it really would fit even 4 grownups.

No issues at all, that I could see anywhere.
