Easy-Living Kriens Apartments

Very good apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Convenient location - 10 minutes from Luzern train station by bus (which is free with Luzern guest card that host sent several days before arrival). Even though check in time is 16:00, I asked if it is possible to arrive earlier, and in the morning got message that apartment is ready.

I stayed in this apartment while on holiday abroad. The overall experience was okay. The apartment had a spacious sitting area, and the bathroom and toilet were also quite roomy, which was a plus. However, nothing particularly stood out beyond that.

I stayed at this apartment during my holiday in Lucerne, and overall, the experience was disappointing. While the living area and bathroom were spacious, several issues made the stay uncomfortable. The bedroom was particularly problematic — there was no sunshade on the window, which is surprising considering nearly every building in Lucerne has them. As a result, strong sunlight would flood the room as early as 5:30 AM, making it very difficult to sleep. The pillows provided were very uncomfortable and of poor quality. Additionally, there was a constant smell of weed coming through the windows and balcony area, which made it unpleasant to relax in the apartment. The worst part of the experience was the behavior of the host. On the day of check-out, the owner came to the door exactly at 10:00 AM and started knocking repeatedly, urging us to leave within 5 minutes. It felt intrusive and rude, leaving a very negative impression and ruining the end of our trip.

Convenient for town and for food shopping - Lidl is 300m; bus every 8-10 minutes to town and back; comfy bed; kitchen good

The little homely touches were missing - no pods for washing, no hoover for cleaning, no coffee or unflavoured tea sachets

Nothing

It was bug infested — probably a termite swarm — and very hot. Bugs crawled on our bed at night. We couldn’t even stay in the apartment during the day because of the heat.

Clean and convenient

While it had the basic essentials in the kitchen there were no essential condiments like salt and pepper.

The place is very spacious. It has a very big balcony, nice to hang out if you don't mind some traffic noise. Has all the equipments you may need. We spent some nights dining in instead of going out.

First of all, the check in and out hours are unfortunately not tourist friendly. The owner however, managed to let us in earlier. The place is not at the city center. You will need to use bus to get downtown which is not a problem as it runs very often and free with a guest card.

I can hang my washed clothes on the balcony.

With the hot weather, air conditioner in bedroom is needed.

It is an appartment.

The building is in poor condition especially the entrance.

Lots of space, well equipped, great location and great to have the Visitor card enabling us to get around on the buses free of charge!

Couldn’t get tv to work but who needs it on holiday anyway! 🤷‍♀️
