Kings Resort 1 Bedroom Apartment

Big spacious apartment with nice pool/sea view. 5 min walk to local lidl and a couple of cafe/bars. Local bus stops just outside lidl (615) goes to terminal then 611 to harbour or a 30 min walk. Sun on balcony all day

Could do with mattress in main bedroom replacing or a mattress topper putting on it as could feel the coils through it. Also the sofa bed mattress was very thin (we didn't use it but opened it up when my partner was snoring) but the springs were showing and looked very uncomfortable.

The location was great for us just a short walk to the beach opposite Lidl and about 10 to 15 walk to the bars and restaurants, the actual apartment had a fully working kitchen with a washing machine and a large balcony over looking the pool and it was everything we needed for our stay 😀

Nothing everything was spot on.

before the arrival we get specific info, about check in. When we get in to the apartment , my daughter 10 minutes just exclamed how did they think about everything. we had instruction for everything, air condition, iron, we found also adaptors for plugs. More, we found food in the fridge and fruits on the table. A/c in both rooms ( bedroom, and living room ) In the bathroom - shampoo, shower gel, soap also microwave, oven, and all you need for the kicinette washing machine and also laundry detergent iNTERNET GREAT close ( 5 min walking to Lidl, bus station, beach ) beach with sunbeds and umbrellas ( 7,5 eur - for 2 sunbeds & umbrella / day ) , bar on the beach. The host helped us also with taxi phone number. EVERYTHING WAS JUST GREAT.

Everything was super easy to check in. All was ready and staff are friendly and very responsive. The swimming pool is big and it has a nice bar to get refreshments. Supermarket and the beach are walking distance, close to everything you need.

No clean linen. A/c barely working- and the apartment is exposed to the afternoon sun, very hot. The home appliances and the beds- old and not comfortable, no blinds that would help to prevent the room exposure to the sun. The flat was full of cockroaches! The lift mostly was not working (the apartment is in 2nd floor). Definitely - not worth such price!

The apartment was nice and equipped, in a good location (close to a supermarket, bus stop, and Tombs of the Kings), with a pool view. The hosts were very responsive via Booking.com messages. Plug adapters were available in the room in case you might need them and forgot to bring your own. I definitely recommend this place (we stayed 5 nights).

Cockroaches in the fridge and apartment, which was apparently not normal. The owner said they would clean it and get the authorities involved. Didn't hear if that happened and had to stay elsewhere. No follow up or offer of refund.
