The location is spot on, everything you could want to walk to within Larnaca is walking distance from the apartment. It was relatively cold while we were there (Dec/Jan), but the balcony catches the morning sun and is shielded just enough from the wind that we could sit out there for an hour or so of sun and read every day, which was lovely.

Our stay at this accommodation in Cyprus was exceptional from start to finish. The apartment was incredibly comfortable — with a cozy bed, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Every detail was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight was the breathtaking sea view. Enjoying the panorama from the balcony made every moment feel relaxing and unforgettable. The location is peaceful and pleasant, yet just a short distance from beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The hosts were truly kind and attentive, providing us with all the information we needed and making us feel right at home. Everything listed in the description was accurate — and even better in person. We warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, serene stay with an incredible sea view. Definitely a 5/5 experience!

The view from the windows and balcony is straight out to the sea, with beautiful sunrises. The bed is very comfortable, and there's plenty of wardrobe space.

There could be more cutlery, as guests usually eat breakfast before leaving.

The apartment has an excellent location close to everything you need with a beautiful view to the sea. The host is really helpful and polite. We needed a transfer and they helped us arrange it.

The apartment style / design is a little bit old and could be improved.
