The appartement is very big and clean

The code we received to collect the keys was not correct. So we stood outside for 3 hours. But finally there where able to relocate us by 1am to another appartement.

The house is not clean. There were unpleasant smells in the house. There was no flow of hot water in the shower. We did not meet the owner of the house and could not complain. After a week we received a charge of 35 euros for damage we did not do.

It was a good apartment, large space, bright rooms.

It wasn't neat and clean, and there were insects walking around.(((

Size of terraces and rooms, comfortable

This property is very spacious and close the entire upper floor of the building which is a big bonus. It has big windows which brings in a lot of light so it's always sunny and always full of light. Because it covers the entire upper floor of the building it has big rooms and a lot of space here also have outside terraces to every single room which is a big bonus.

The state of the property when we arrived was terrible it was dirty and the furnitures were broken. We were amazed and surprised that the owners were prepared to let the property at the state that it was. We immediately contacted them but it took many days of arguing and battling with various different parties within the company that manages the property to get our problems sorted, reluctantly may I add. The property when we arrived was void of any facilities for the kitchen or indeed any other room and it was pretty dirty in fact disgusting. After arguing with the owners and the management company for several days they agreed to send somebody to clean the property at their cost, which they did.

The apoartment was amazing, it had everything we needed for the stay to feel like home. The contact with the customer service was fast and very helpful, we had some issues with finding the instructions to enter the property, and the customer service helped us and made sure we could enter.

Its hard to reach it, we didnt see any public transport that was in that area, we had to use taxi's for trabsport.
