Апартаменты были шикарные, все сделано идеально, подобран свет, душевые туалеты все сделано шикарно, большой балкон, шикарный вид на бассейн!

Ужасное отношение к клиенту, точнее тот телефон который указано на сайте, не является настоящим телефоном хозяина, вы не сможете связаться если вам что-то понадобится! А например: ты приезжаешь, у тебя грязные полотенца, ты ему пишешь, он мне отвечает неделю, когда у тебя сломался кондиционер, и потекла на его мебель, только после этого он решил ответить тебе! А ещё там очень много тараканов, которые живут везде, в шкафах, в кофемашине, в духовом шкафу. То что они на столе и ванной, это уже говорить не надо! Тараканов вы будете видеть всегда, днём и ночью, а хозяин будет говорить что он их травил! Хотя это не так, но сказать это важно🤪! Душ протекает, в ванной течёт шланг, посуда практически вся разбитая, ну хозяин не собирается это менять! Его и так все устраивает! Он считает что у него всё замечательно! Я надеюсь, он что-то предпримет, для того чтобы улучшить свои условия!

We booked this property on purpose after reading very bad reviews. And we managed to debunk all the bad comments. Yes, we found maybe two tiny cockroaches on seperate occasions inside the kitchen sink but please show me the place in Cyprus that doesn't have this issue, as well as fetal cats? The apartment was so specious and well furnitured, had a beautiful interior. We had very great time.

- Due to road maintenance the entrance to the parking lot was closed and we had difficulties driving all the way around through underground parking. It was very complicated, super narrow space. - Not enough towels. Property offers washing machine but for a half of month we had huge difficulties to replace them because it did not get dry that fast. Also there were no drying tissues / cloths at the kitchen. Dish soap dispenser was broken. It felt like sofa is going to break at any time but other further was from the solid wood, luxury. - Very remote area. Impossible to visit this place without a car. The nearest shipping mall is 10-15km away, also all the restaurants and tavernas are far away and beach. There is nothing to do in the area. -Swimming pool was closed. -No hot water in the mornings and evenings. Boiler is on top of the roof and it is powered by solar collectors.

STAY CLEAR!!! DO NO STAY HERE!! Infested with cockroaches! Every room was infested; they were going under the beds, the appliances, the tables and walls. Dozens of cockroaches were all over the apartment, even in the cutlery draws! I have a huge phobia of cockroaches and therefore we had to leave the apartment and look for alternative accommodation at 12am. You could expect one cockroach as they are common in Cyprus, however to see dozens as we did running around means there is an infestation and they need to be dealt with. We left everything as it was in the apartment and asked for our money back to which we have had absolutely no response. This is disgusting behaviour. How an apartment like this could be on booking.com is beyond me. I am traumatised by the experience and cannot believe that we did not receive even an apology. This place should be taken off booking.com so no one else has to experience this horrible apartment. Avoid at all costs. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
