Castle apartment

The view is amazing. The apartment is well mantained, clean. In the area there are a lot of restaurants, shops, markets. The communication with the host was great. We received clear instructions for check in so it was easy to find the apartment.

Fantastic location with amazing views directly overlooking sea front.

Nice location, a walkable distance to the Paphos castle and the archeological site. Many restaurants nearby. Nice view of the sea from the apartment. There was sufficient parking available. The rooms were clean.

Finding the apartment was a nightmare. First of all, due to road work the road leading to the apt was blocked and google maps did not give any detour instructions. So we kept driving around in circles until the host guided us on video call. Outside the apartment, there is nothing indicating that it is the "castle apartment" - even the shopkeeper right below the apt did not know such a one existed. The water pressure was very low - so you have to factor in few extra minutes to finish your bath.

The location was great, the staff friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was very uncomplicated with putting a key back into a safe box. We loved our stay!

The only really good thing is the location. The beds were rather comfortable. The check in and check out were easy because the key is left in a box by the door.

Very poor accommodation. For 116 euro too low standard. Dirty, glasses were very dirty and many things needed cleaning, fridge was old and all frosted, there was half a bottle of water left by previous guests, the linen was poor, the duvets did not have any covers and I doubt that they had been washed. It was very cold at the apartment and heating did not work for a long time before the AC unit kicked in. The bathroom is dated, was only slightly refreshed. We were woken up by church bells that ring every 30 minutes (on a Friday). The bulbs in the night lamps are extremely bright. It's an apartment to stay for one night on the way to/from the airport, definitely not for more of you're used to good quality accommodation. Completely not worth 116 euros per night. Choose something else.
