Nissi Martha Apartment

The location is excellent! Nissi Beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient. There are also several small markets nearby where we could buy water and basic groceries for the apartment. However, we did miss having a larger supermarket, such as Lidl, with a wider selection of products. The property has a great swimming pool with warm, clean water. There were plenty of sun loungers available, so it was always easy to find a place to relax. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. He showed us around the apartment and explained everything we needed to know, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The apartment was well equipped with several air conditioners, all of which worked perfectly. There was also an iron, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, kettle, and toaster available. Another advantage is that there are several sleeping areas, making the apartment suitable for families or small groups. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated both the location and the hospitality.

There were also a few areas that could be improved. The number and placement of electrical outlets could be more convenient. There are very few outlets overall, and none next to the beds. There are also no outlets in the bathroom, so the hair dryer had to be used in the living room, where there is unfortunately no mirror. On the positive side, the hosts kindly provided several adapters for European plugs, which we appreciated. We also missed having a full-length mirror. There is only a small mirror in the bathroom and another small one in one of the bedrooms. Cleanliness could be improved. It seemed that the floors had not been properly cleaned before our arrival, and we also had some concerns about the bedding. When we first entered the apartment, there was a slight musty smell. It was not a major issue and disappeared after a few hours of airing out the rooms, but it would be nice if the apartment were ventilated before guests arrive. The surrounding area of the property could be better maintained. There were weeds, some litter, and generally untidy outdoor spaces around the building. A bit of landscaping and cleanup would make the property look much more welcoming and well cared for. The television is quite old and does not support modern streaming services such as YouTube. Unfortunately, the washing machine was not working during our stay, which was inconvenient.

Stor, usjenert terrasse var veldig bra. Beliggenhet med nærhet til restauranter og supermarket var perfekt. Nærhet til strand var også viktig for oss. Avstanden inn til Aya Napa sentrum var også grei - fin spasertur frem og tilbake

Leiligheten hadde lite kjøkkenutstyr. Få glass, kopper ,tallerkner, etc. Vi var bare 2 personer så det var OK, men med flere personer blir det utfordrende. Vi savnet kaffetrakter/kaffemaskin. Hagemøbler var godt brukt, men de fungerte. Litt flere håndklær hadde vært bra.

No visitors manual to give newcomers basic info about location, buses, shops, tv instructions, aircon instructions, etc. NO FIRE BLANKET OR EXTINGUISHER!

Tágas apartman, hatalmas terasszal. Ideális 5-6 fős családnak, társaságnak is. A szállásadó rendkívül kedves és kommunikatív volt. Amikor problémánk volt a Wifi-vel, azonnal a segítségünkre sietett. A kulcsátadás és leadás gördülékenyen ment. Az apartman elhelyezkedése ideális, sétatávolságra a Nissi beachtől. Nyugodt környezetben, de mégis közel az éttermekhez. Az apartman előtt közvetlenül 2 medence, amik a környező apartmanok lakói használhatnak. A hatamas méretű terasz étkezőasztal napvitorlával, napágyakkal volt felszerelve.

A berendezés kicsit már felújításra szorul, fürdőszobában a forró víz nyomása elég kicsi volt. A WIFI-vel problémák adódtak, amit azonban a szállásadónk viszonylag gyorsan megoldott. Ennek ellenére ajánlom ezt az apartmant szuper elhelyezkedése és a szállásadó kedvessége miatt.

Ce logement était excepionnel ! Très bien placé, proche de la plage de Nissi et des commerces. Propre et confortable, avec de l'espace et une très grande terrasse (+ la piscine juste à côté). Le propiétaire a été très accueillant et très réactif quand nous avions des questions sur notre séjour à Chypres.

Location was fantastic, we have stayed in the vicinity before so we knew what to expect. Outside area was a good size and private from the communal areas. Inside was very clean and the liaison with the agent Thanasis was outstanding, we had a couple of issues that were addressed and sorted immediately by him.

The outside furniture is a bit weathered and could do with an upgrade, we have stayed in this apartment some years ago and it doesn't seem to have been changed. It is advertised as sleeps seven but only has 3 sun loungers so for a party of more than 2 that could be an issue.

Very central, close to restaurant, shopping and beautiful beaches. Quiet area. Big place outside to eat breakfast and relax. Own poolarea.
