Very nice and comfortable apartment.

First thing, the host. Lefteris is the best host ever. Really quick to react and provide you with anything to make your stay even better. Apartments are positioned in a way that you are close to the centre but far away from the noise. Facilities are as expected and we couldn't ask for more. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Excellent accommodation, spacious, new, extremely clean, just a two-minute walk from the city center. Excellent communication with a friendly host. The owner of the apartment bought a blender at our request. I sincerely recommend this accommodation.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk from the centre of Ayia Napa, supermarket and lovely Tavernas only a 2 minute walk. Apartment was spotless, access was simple and Lefteris was on hand for anything that may have been needed. Defo coming back again soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property was in walking distance to supermarkets, laundrette at the end of the drive and walking distance to main strip. But wasn’t too close that you heard any noise from it. Property was clean The hot water stopped working and we messaged the agent and they sent someone within 10 mins and it was resolved. In a one week stay we had a change of towel 2/3 times which was nice Nice smooth driveway to enter and only 2 very small steps to get into apartment with cases which made life much easier.

Loud gas compressor which was attached to the barbers over through the back gate to us. It did prevent us having a lie in. This was fed back to booking agent and is something that are in discussion with the owner about. Very basic amenities- minimal knives and forks. No salt and pepper. No ice tray. No microwave- instead a toastie maker? No sofa, bar stools and table so no where to relax comfortably on apart from the bed. Room is dark in evening, more lighting needed either around bed sides or under cupboard lighting or even brighter bulb. No bedding changes in one week stay. Wardrobe and kitchen cupboards super high to reach hangers and I’m 6ft and my partner 6”1- this was fed back to booking agent. Blanket needed in October as was chilly at night- only had thin top sheet.

Чист и уютен апартамент, разположен централно, но все пак достатъчно далеч от шумните барове. Домакините бяха много отзивчиви и ни настаниха по-рано от очаквания час, а на тръгване съхраняваха багажа ни, колкото беше необходимо. Комуникацията с Лефтерис беше бърза и лесна. С удоволствие ще се върнем отново 🙂
