"Exceptional"

Best accomodation in Cyprus. We were lucky to find this beautiful apartment available during our stay in the beginning of March 2023 (off-season). Beautiful winter garden, panoramic sea view. Apartment is well equipped. Only few metres to the sea. Protaras is a lively place during the touristic season, but Cyprus offers many other places to visit. Agia Napa is very close (15 min). Self check in was very easy. No problem if you arrive at night.

"Amazing property with great views and superb host."

Location is perfect. Host is great, clear instructions on how to collect key on arrival. Parking right outside (reserved) and the apartment was fantastic. Had everything we needed and was beautifully kept. Perfect for our trip.

First at all i would like to say THANK YOU Mr Dimitris for fantastic holiday in Protaras. For me it was 6th trip to Cyprus and this one was the best! The apartment is amazing! Everyday i was waking up and was looking on the sea. The balcony (terrace) is a fantastic extra for a breakfest time! Parking place is close to the place and it's only for you. Generally - the best place which i've visited for my 20 years of the trips. The seccond VERY important thing is, that the Owner gave us a chance to spent the last day till the evening! For free! Thank You Mr Dimitris for that time and i wish to visit your place again! Take care and all the best. Tomek

"Fig Tree Bay short stay"

The apartment is amazing - it exceeded our expectations. The window looks onto the ocean! You can see the Sea from the bed ! It's a large comfortable bed and there are a lot of facilities. The pool area was quiet and beautiful. It is a very short walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. It also has a convenient and private parking space!

"Superb"

Excellent location for the beaches and amenities. Busy spot but not unpleasant. Very Comfortable studio room with high ceilings. Big sea view veranda. Fully loaded with appliances. Private car parking space.
