The location was great, on the beach

The apartment is very old, it’s not so clean, it’s smells not so good inside, I am sure that they didn’t clean it after the last tourist they only changed the sheets. They left the garbage inside the apartment, it was smelling horrible and we found it after 1 day, I found also one dirty rip under the bed. The stove doesn’t work and the air conditioning probably was never cleaned!

I recently stayed at this apartment in Cyprus, and my experience was mixed. While the location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach and local attractions, the apartment itself left something to be desired. The building and the apartment are quite old and in need of some significant updates. The furniture and amenities were fairly outdated and not as comfortable as I had hoped. However, the prime location somewhat made up for these shortcomings, allowing me to explore the area conveniently. If the apartment were to undergo some renovations, it could become a great place to stay. Overall, if you prioritize location over modern comforts, this apartment could work for you.

Location couldn't be better!!Right opposite the beach you could jump in from the 5th floor 😜

I'm local and I know very well the area. The owner I'm afraid he must be stingy!! He owns the flat in this spectacular location and he bought the cheapest mattress he could find!! That's very bad!! Also I didn't like that he have no pater pressure pump for the shower! And the doors in kitchen and wardrobe are very old maybe 80s like the building. With very small amount to replace these few things and it's 5 star. So I'm not giving 10 for this flat even I enjoyed my 5 nights there!!

The appartment overlooked the sea. It was a absolutely amazing view and so quiet you could not hear any cars. It was very spacious and comfortable with AC available. Lots of cafes..Ice cream shops just below and along the street... Easy access by lift to each floor. If I had any queries at all the owners dealt with it immediately. Would definitely go back again..

The little 2 hob top didn't get very hot and difficult to cook or fry anything...so mainly used the microwave...

The apartment is located right on the beach, at the beginning of the avenue full of restaurants, coffee places, and ice cream shops. The instructions from the owner were easy and clear. Super clean and pleasant place suitable for both family and business travelers, equipped with everything you might need, including the first aid kit. Each morning, we've got an opportunity to enjoy the sunrise. All in all, it's 10 out of 10.
