The location is excellent, really well located to the Old Town, as well as the train stations. Collecting keys was easy and host communicated well. It is a popular neighborhood, which did mean some noise at night, but the windows were good quality and dampened the noise.

The flat had everything that was needed, but it did not feel clean overall — I think that the apartment needs a deep clean (carpets shampooed, tables and chairs on the terrace scrubbed). The towel provided was old and did not appear in good condition. If everything was very clean, I would not mind staying again, but right now I wouldn’t recommend.

Great location, 5-minute walking distance to the train station, a fairly quiet street - but Saturday night was noisy, lots of people having fun in local bars. The flat is in a historical house, so it's quirky and charmingly different from standard hotel rooms. The crooked staircase reminded me of houses in Amsterdam. :-) The furniture is a mix of styles, the kitchen was nicely equipped with a decent amount of space and a terrace - very quiet courtyard, must be lovely in summer. Perfect communication with the owner.

The place is ideally located at the very beginning of the historical center. Plenty of places to eat and there's a supermarket close by to boot. It's also a few minutes from the train station by foot. You have a kitchen with everything you need for a short stay. Wifi was also stable and great. Oh and there's a nice little terrace.

There's no way to completely darken the main room where the bed is located. There's also no way to cover the glass of the door from the kitchen to the terrace. Problem is, you have to walk before it when going to the small bathroom so you need to dress inside the cramped space of the bathroom. Last time I was here, there was some kind of blind and it would be nice to have some there again.

Because of its prime location on top of a bar cigarette smoke is coming in when windows are open.

The apartment was immaculate and cozy, with incredibly comfortable beds and it had everything I needed. The host was exceptionally helpful with directions, luggages and very accommodating to my check-in request. Overall a highly recommended stay, conveniently located in Marktplatz! 😊
