I stayed here a few times. All went well until the check-in system failed.

Serious problem of self checkin system. It may or may not work!! With me it didn't work, as none of the cards it printed let me in. I was on the street with no accommodation. The 'hotline' is a joke. No-one answered the telephone or the email. I had to book another hotel at my expense. Until this system is changed you shouldn't book here. We never had an answer, or apology. Booking.com only paid a fraction of our expenses.

Dusche hat merkwürdig gerochen. Einiges kaputt, wie auch schon die anderen Bewertungen sagen. Küchenutensilien sehr spärlich.

I arrived on 24 October 2025 from Booking reservation at Guesthouse Lochergut and found the room in a disgusting, uninhabitable state, empty beer canns, dirty floors, trash everywhere, and a very unclean bathroom. The room was clearly not ready for guests. Had to rebook another accommodation late at night (around 23:00) because it was impossible to stay there. The new booking was much more expensive, and I received no help or refund so far. Worse, the property never replied to my calls, messages, or emails and still waiting them to come back to me... Completely unacceptable experience. If you care about hygiene, professionalism, or basic respect for guests, avoid this place.

-Not super clean: I found marks inside the wc, hairs and dust on a shelf in the toilet, oily marks on the head of the bed... -I couldn't figure out which one was the wifi working -I didn't appreciate there was not even a small hand soap in the toilet
