Its a perfect place

Great location and nice apartment, clean and good facilities, very quiet when the window was closed. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and a 10 minute tram to the train station and old town

It needs a fan for summer, it was 26 degrees at night when I was there and having the window open made no difference and was noisy. Wouldn’t recommend staying in summer due to this.

Location

The room was ok but the building is terrible: you enter through a door that is the backdoor of a restaurant, the entrance and the elevator are SUPER dirty, weird people (and weird activity!) coming in and out of the building. The check in is automatic (in a machine, like an ATM), and wasn't finding my reservation. I called 4 times to the help number and nobody ever answered (and never called me back!). Eventually I found the reservation, where my name was wrong. I also asked for a invoice and nobody ever send me one. Mattress was also terrible. Closet had no hangers. No amenities at all.

La puzza nauseante del ristorante che era anche in casa. Lo sporco dell'ingresso. La difficoltà nel check in e nessuno che rispondeva per aiutarti. Ho anche telefonato ma nessuno ha mai risposto. C'era il mobile del lavabo rotto anzi mancante. Le lenzuola lavate con un detersivo che mi ha fatto venire la congiuntivite. Una sola capsula di caffè in dotazione per tre giorni per la nescafe' e una sola posata per tipo. Ma soprattutto non c'è nessuno che ti aiuta se hai bisogno e non c'è neanche il wi-fi. Insomma se hai bisogno di qualcosa non sai come devi fare

Purtroppo la struttura non l’ho potuta visitare!

Avevo una prenotazione per sabato notte, ho fatto il check-in regolarmente dall’automatico ricevendo la keycard, purtroppo la carta magnetica non funzionava e non sono potuta entrare. Ho contattato il nr di telefono che viene fornito, ma rispondono solo in settimana. Non ho potuto far altro che cercare un nuovo hotel per la notte. Ho poi preso contatto con il sito ed attendo spiegazioni. Molto delusa.

Es war sehr ungepflegt u hat sehr stark nach schlechter Küche gestunken. Um Eigang zerbrochene Plättchen u sehr schmutzig. Eine Zumutung!😦
