"Walking distance of lovely bars and restaurants, and the most amazing bed."

Location. Cleanliness. Great owner communication, keen to advise and answer queries. I must mention the bed …. It was amazingly comfortable, the best I’ve ever had in a holiday apartment. The lovely cleaning ladies were so sweet, they didn’t understand English, we didn’t understand them. It didn’t matter, we managed with some laughs. They were extremely efficient and kept the building clean. I got hugs when I left, it made us feel valued guests. Our first stay at Fotoxenia, but we have asked the owner to let us know as soon as 2026 prices are available. Will definitely want to book that sea view apartment again.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like. We were well aware of what we were getting thanks to the advertising. It was exactly as described.

"Great apartment!"

Good sized apartment, close to the beach (10mins walk), quite area (except some cars early in the morning in the nearby road, but with windows closed, could not hear them), good restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, good beds (couch and master bed). Great welcome gift (biscuits, bottle of wine)

Minor improvements like the trash bins could have emptied (including bathroom), no hot water in the mornings but nothing major

Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Extras Flasche Wasser und Flasche Weißwein bewerten wir als sehr positiv sowie Körperlotion.

Sehr hellhörig, Lage an der Hauptstraße - Verkehr laut, Kochutensilien unzureichend, Messer Katastrophe, nicht einmal Kochlöffel vorhanden, KEINE Kaffeemaschine und auch kein Kaffeefilter vorhanden!! Würden hier nicht wieder buchen.

Fijn modern appartement. Scherp geprijsd en dicht bij strand en restaurants. Alles was schoon en functioneerde goed.

Stampende bovenburen, maar daar kan de accommodatie niets aan doen. Uitzicht op een bouwconstructie vanaf balkon, maar dat stoorde ons niet zo want we zaten nooit op het balkon.
