Amorgos Gardens

We actually got an upgrade to a bigger apartment, it was well furnished and had everything we needed. The pool area was nice, and the host helped us with early check-in as well, thank you!

The bed could be a bit more comfortable, and some of the chairs are not in a good shape

Firstly the property we booked Amorgos was not available and we were offered a last minute alternative Laertis 2, with similar facilities! Which we accepted. The bedding was of no use whatsoever, sheet on single bed would not stay on at the corners, there was no duvet inside the duvet covers on both beds, found a bed cover to suffice. Both settees which were used for extra beds were badly stained and need to go in the washer spare pillows were also stained! Even the simplest thing; there was a hairdryer, but no mirrors, only in the bathroom of course no electric sockets.

Great stay, nice property that does exactly what it says. Good location, 10 mins walk to town, and some really good bars within 5 mins walk. Free parking outside.

The air con worked but in the bedrooms it was slightly noisy. No hairdryer.

Location new and comfortable mattress

Did not like the fact of an internal door to another apartment covered with a blind although locked.You could hear every sound from this apartment and as I was on my own was not at ease with this.

Location. The apartment is close to the sea, close to the center, mall, close to the beach from the lighthouse, we even went to the old town (maximum 30 minutes on foot). The terrace is beautifully arranged with flowers, a table, chairs and 2 cats. Spacious rooms.

Was dirty. When we entered, we were greeted by a musty smell. The kitchen is sticky, and the cups and plates are dirty. It smells bad from the drain in the kitchen sink, in the refrigerator and in the bathroom. Bathroom and kitchen and the sofa need a general cleaning up.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a huge common room and a garden. Close to the sea and main attractions.

Outside terrace was good. The helpfulness of the contact person, so nice even at 12.30 am!! Ease of emptying rubbish in communal bins. Provision of washing up liquid and handwash

Instructions to get into the property seemed good, but they were actually v confusing (thank goodness for contact person) Property was 'tired' with bulbs out and no helpful hints at all. For example the twin bedroom needs instructions for operating the air con, we would never have thought to look for another control hidden behind one of the beds! A map of the quick route to the main area would have saved our feet on the first day. We suffered from v noisy neighbours above and to the rear of us but appreciate that is hard for the host to to control
