Cozy Apartment in Paphos Beautiful Complex

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Balkon. In der Saison stehen 2 Pools in der Apartmentanlage zur Nutzung bereit. Klimaanlage/Heizung vorhanden. Wohnung für Selbstversorger gut ausgestattet. Eigener PKW-Parkplatz.

Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße.

Spacious, light and airy. Comfortable bed and settee with a good sized TV. Internet very good and quick. AC good but had to reset every four hours. Agents initially responsive to our concerns and did rectify a few of the issues. also they did secure us a late checkout which was very much appreciated.

On arrival the building itself is very tired and not appealing. No keys available on arrival. Had to contact agent and wait for delivery. Once inside the apartment there was NO toilet tissue so first job was to locate a shop in an unfamiliar area. Lights in the bathroom were very very dim, perhaps to hide the very dirty bathroom. The sink in the bathroom and was very very loose and coming away from the sink unit. As we were staying for 4 weeks we expected a change of bedlinen. There was none. On removing the bedding for washing we found the mattress protector to be very heavily soiled. The large terrace was very uninviting with very old, dirty and damaged furniture so therefore we chose not to use it. The hob didn’t regulate efficiently and the oven always defaulted to its automatic settings. (No information booklet for the apartment or any of the devices within so therefore trial and error) Although the agents were initially responsive to our concerns and did provide additional unsoiled bedding and sorted out the lighting and sink in the bathroom, replaced one of the outside chairs and, even after we had provided video and photographic evidence of the state of the bathroom as requested by the agents, no one was dispatched to clean the very dirty bathroom even though we were told the owner would be informed. In general the apartment needed a lot of TLC and respect.

Lovely spacious apartment with large terrace and balcony. Very comfortable chairs, couches and 2 loungers. The owner was very good at keeping in touch to ensure all was good. She responded very quickly to all messages and requests. The local contact was also very quick to revert and assist. The apartment had everything we needed. It's about 25 minutes walk to a couple of beaches and 20 minutes walk to some excellent restaurants. The pool was kept clean. Lovely trees in the garden in front of the terrace. The complex was a nice size and very quiet. A parking space is provided for the apartment. To see the full beauty of Paphos and surrounding areas properly I highly recommend hiring a car for at least a few days.

There was nothing we disliked about the apartment or complex.

Large, airy, 1 bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning was effective and new. Netflix available on large TV.

On arrival late at night found there was no toilet roll or drinking water, so had to go out shopping that same night. Very difficult to find the apartment as the buildings are not named and we didn't have an access code for the car parking barrier until the next day. Washed the sheets after a week only to find the mattress protector was stained with god knows what. It obviously hasn't been washed or changed for a long time. No sunbeds to use either on the balcony or around the pool. They were either chained up or clearly marked they belonged to certain apartments. The owner states there are communal sunbeds but we couldn't find any. I had to buy a lilo so as the wife and I could sunbathe. You do need a car, or taxi, to access the main town, beaches and restaurants. There is no public transport nearby. There are no restaurants or places of interest within easy walking distance of the apartment. The balcony faced a busy road with traffic noise. The listing states there are sofa beds but that is not the case. Could do with a coat of paint to remove scuff marks on walls in building.

Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. A lot of space to park the rented car. The bed is big and the kitchen has everything you need if you are planning to cook.

Very very close to extremely busy road so you can hear the noise like A LOT. Even if you close the windows it sounds like they are open. Not a problem if you are a deep sleeper but for light sleepers prepare to get 2-3 hours of sleep per night.

The apartment was very big and had everything we needed. It was very well prepared for our time there. The location was also great, we rented a car so a parking place was a nice addition, we didn't have to worry about that. I would reccomend this place If you are staying in Paphos 😊

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. We were staying one week in here. Everything you need for vacation is here - kitchen, washing machine, balcony, hairdryer, cleaning tools. We did not took many photos of apartment, there is aslo pool downstairs and sunbathing chairs. We were here in february it was little bit chilly for us to test the pool 😄 Our host was very helpful! Answered our questions in minutes very fast! And very friendly! I really recommend this place if you want to stay in Paphos for vacation holidays! We already miss our holidays in Paphos ❤️
